1. This Tender Notice was published in the digital issue of Development Business on 14 March 2018 It is published following the General Purchasing Notification (GPN) reference number >WB2479-03/18

• İller Bankası A.Ş. (hereinafter referred to as “Lender or Lead Implementer or ILBANK”) Sustainable Cities Project II-Additional Financing (P170612) (hereinafter referred to as “Main Lender or Bank or IBRD”) from the World Bank (IBRD) (hereinafter referred to as “Main Lender or Bank or IBRD”) It has obtained a loan to be used within the scope of (referred to as “SCP2-AF”). İller Bankası A.Ş. transferred a portion of the loan to Kadirli Municipality (hereinafter referred to as Employer or Kadirli Municipality) for the “Kadirli (OSMANİYE.) Solar Power Plant (SPP) Project Design, Supply and Installation (Contract No: KADİRLİ- W1)” work. allocated for its financing.
• Kadirli Municipality invites eligible bidders to submit sealed bids for the Kadirli (OSMANİYE.) Solar Power Plant (SPP) Project Design, Supply and Installation Work, in line with the World Bank procurement principles and procedures.

Scope of work;Kadirli (OSMANİYE) Solar Power Plant (SPP) Project Design, Supply and Installation Contract period is 150 (one hundred and fifty) calendar days, excluding the Defect Liability Period. Defect Liability period is 365 (three hundred sixty five) days.

• The tender will be implemented by the World Bank's "Investment Projects (IPF) Borrowers" Rules (November 2020 revision) and is open to all Bidders defined in the Procurement Regulations.

• Interested eligible Bidders can obtain more detailed information by contacting Kadirli Municipality in person and/or via fax/e-mail to the address given below, during business hours (10:00 to 16:00). (between hours) can review the tender document.

• Interested bidders can apply in writing to the address below and pay a non-refundable fee of2,000 TL (Two Thousand Turkish Liras) They can obtain the tender document prepared in Turkish by paying the fee. The payment method will be deposited to the account numberedTR840001500158007300507781 (VAKIFBANK BANKASI)IBAN, stating that it is for Contract No: KADİRLİ-W1 Tender File Fee, and the amount paid to purchase the document will not be refunded for any reason. The tender document will be sent via post/courier service or by hand. KADİRLİ Municipality will not be responsible for any delays that may occur if sent by cargo.

• Best of offers It must be delivered to the address below by26/09/2024time15:00. Electronic Bids will not be permitted. Offers submitted late will not be evaluated. Bids will be opened in the presence of the Bidders' appointed representatives at the following addresson 26/09/2024at15:15.

Bidders are responsible for any delays that may occur in cargo and transportation in order for their bids to reach the Employer on the last bidding date and time. they need to take into consideration. Kadirli Municipality will not be responsible for any delays that may occur in cargo and transportation.

• All offers are accompanied by 25,000USD issued by a bank acceptable to the Employer. (TWENTY-FIVE THOUSAND UNITED STATES) or an equivalent amount of "Tender Guarantee" must be submitted.

• 04/09/2024 on and time: A Pre-Tender Meeting will be held at 10:00 at the address stated below.
